CEP for Associate Chapters

This Chapter Excellence Plan (CEP) form is for associate chapters only. This version includes the CEP requirements the Fraternity expects associate chapters to achieve as they work toward the requirements for chartering. Upon receiving your charter at the Installation/Reinstallation Ceremony, your chapter will be expected to complete all regular CEP requirements as found on the main CEP form.

CEP is due twice per year. 

• Fall submissions are due Dec. 31 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. 
• Spring and Yearly submissions are due June 1 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific.
