Hayden joined the Delta Upsilon staff as Senior Director of Fraternity Growth in October 2024. Previously, he served the Fraternity as a Leadership Consultant from 2016-2017 and Director of Growth from 2017-2022. This professional work, combined with his volunteer experience gives him a breadth of knowledge to help DU chapters, especially new chapters, meet their recruitment goals. As an undergraduate, Hayden served the Oregon Chapter as Chapter President and Vice President of Recruitment as it was being reopened by the Fraternity. As an alumnus, he has served DU as a Chapter Advisor; Recruitment Coach; and educational program facilitator for the Leadership Institute, DU Emerging Leaders Experience and Regional Leadership Academy. 

In 2023, Hayden received DU's Chairman's Award: Outstanding Alumni Volunteer.
