Historic Challenge Gift

Delta Upsilon has been given an opportunity of historic proportion after one of the Fraternity’s most loyal donors became inspired by the Ignite The Charge Campaign. This loyal donor (who wishes to remain anonymous) is offering a $300,000 Challenge Gift this academic year to any donor who will pledge their support for the campaign with a commitment to the Annual Loyalty Fund (ALF).

The ALF is the Educational Foundation’s most important funding source because it brings to life all of the Building Better Men programs and initiatives supporting our undergraduates. Any donor who makes a one-time gift to the Annual Loyalty Fund by Aug. 1, 2024, will see the gift matched dollar-for-dollar. More importantly, any donor who makes a five-year pledge to the Annual Loyalty Fund will have their entire pledge amount matched three to one! Gifts and pledges to the Annual Loyalty Fund this academic year are part of the Ignite The Charge Campaign and will move DU closer to surpassing the $6 million goal by Aug.1, 2024. Our anonymous donor hopes his challenge gift will inspire more DUs and friends to provide ongoing support for the Annual Loyalty Fund.
