Statement on DU's Penn State Chapter Regarding loss of university recognition

“It is Delta Upsilon International Fraternity’s desire to have a thriving, undergraduate chapter at Penn State. Since spring 2017, we have provided continual education and support for our men to be a part of the changing campus culture. However, recent conduct shows chapter members continuing down the old Penn State path. When a chapter holds events that endanger one’s health and safety, sanction is needed.
