Tristen joined the Delta Upsilon staff in January 2025 as a Leadership Consultant. In this role, he will help manage the Fraternity's expansion efforts by recruiting and setting up new chapters. He will also travel North America to support existing DU chapters.

Tristen is a graduate of Boise State University, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Narrative Arts. While at Boise State, he served his Delta Upsilon chapter as Vice President of Membership Education and Vice President of External Relations. At the International Fraternity level, he served as the Province 5 Representative on the Undergraduate Advisory Board (UGAB). On campus, Tristen served as the DEI Officer for the Interfraternity Council (IFC).
